What Will You Learn?

After successfully completion, trainees should know:

  • Covers topics like using a tourniquet, shock, internal bleeding, burns and electrical injuries, allergic reactions, breathing problems & dehydration, diabetes & low blood sugar, heat-and cold-related emergencies, drowning, amputations, bites and stings, broken bones and sprains.
  • Also covers splinters, nose bleeds, fainting, seizures, and injuries to the head, eyes, neck, spine, mouth, and teeth.
  • CPR, AED and choking: CPR and AED Use for Children and Infants; Child and Infant Choking

Training Format

  • Updated to reflect new science from the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care and the 2020 American Heart Association and American Red Cross Update for First Aid
  • Video-based course ensures consistency

Class Duration


Assessment and Certification

Each candidate must pass the physical skills assessment and the final test. Certification is by the American Heart Association.


Cost

N60,000 per individual:

  • a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 at our office in Ojodu
  • For 6 people at your venue (If there are more than 6, training will be done in batches)
