Well, the training has given me an insight on the kind of help to render to a sick or injured person. All this while, it has been done wrongly. So I now know the right way to do it.
Training was an eye opener but may be difficult to practice due to anxiety. Overall, I have to calm myself / keep calm at all times.
The training is very practical and explanatory which makes it very easy to understand. The facilitator did a very good job by explaining in details and how it should be according to her experience and practice.
