I think the 2 years retraining should be reduce to a yearly training because while doing the practical I found out that it was actually felt like I was doing this on a person so the pressure of saving a life sets in so failure is not made.

The training First Aid CPR AED is an unlearning exercise and a re-learning movement for me aside the certification, this training has given me a reason to value life in general.
The Facilitator did a great job at teaching on first aid. I unlearned a lot of knowledge like what to do, where burns occur, seizure attacks etc. The highlight was the CPR and choking rescue practice, I practiced on it and I must say that it is a serious skill that everyone should learn to save someone.
