I really enjoyed the training practice. I got to see things in a different perspective from theoretical aspect. I learnt a lot from the training.

It provided insight on response to all forms of cardiovascular emergencies particularly how to administer first aid, CPR and AED. I liked the CPR response sequence and the importance of quick response to save a life.
