This is a very good training most especially the practical part, but I think it should not be for few people, saving life (first aid) should be everyone in our society etc .

Training was an eye opener but may be difficult to practice due to anxiety. Overall, I have to calm myself / keep calm at all times.

A very detailed teaching that really add lots of knowledge to the little I posses. A couple of misconceptions corrected I am now equipped to handle a couple of situations better .
