I would prefer a bit more practice because this is how I will learn better. The explanation are a bit repetitive for me but we are all different.

It was amazing , I like it and I also learnt a lot from it,
It was very explanatory and practical intensive, my trainer was very jovial and delivered the course appropriately and professionally.
I liked the facilitator’s way of presentation and her passion towards the participants.
This training is educative which enlighten one on how to save lives and how to help during emergencies.
Very knowledgeable and has prepare me to intervene in the next emergency (cardiac arrest) situation I come across.
The facilitator made the training very easy to understand with examples/demonstrations that are easy to remember and relate with.
I didn’t have to leave the house. It was fun and interactive.
I now have the necessary knowledge and skills needed to keep an injured person alive for further medical attention.

The training was educative, and has impacted me with the basic knowledge to probably save anyone/ my colleague in the event of an emergency.
I learnt:
- Why we give first aid
- What to do to keep somebody alive.
- I learnt what to do to prevent a worsen condition.
I think the 2 years retraining should be reduce to a yearly training because while doing the practical I found out that it was actually felt like I was doing this on a person so the pressure of saving a life sets in so failure is not made.
Easy to follow, practical demonstrations with manikins, interactive and engaging.
